 Le Bistrot de la Grande Maison is an intimate restaurant in Mazamet, in the Tarn region. An almost secret address, where a maximum of 15 guests are welcomed per service. Open for lunch and dinner, by reservation only. The menu changes twice a week depending on market availability and seasonal produce. A living house A manor house in Mazamet, with a garden, vegetable patch and aquaponic greenhouse. In summer, meals are served overlooking the garden or in the living rooms. French cuisine, seasonal, precise and sincere. A table was received, but not served. The Bistro was born from a communal table. We simply opened the door. Here, we take our time. We sit down. We chat. A deliberately limited space to preserve attention, quality and balance.

 Gourjade Mohair Farm – Discovery Farm 🐐🌿 Welcome to Mohair de Gourjade , a family farm where I welcome you to share my daily life as a passionate breeder. Of course, you'll meet my Angora goats, carefully raised for their soft mohair fleece. I'll explain their way of life, the shearing process, and the journey of the fiber to the clothing and accessories I offer at the farm, processed by the SICA Mohair cooperative. But the farm isn't just about goats! You can also discover all my other animals: ponies, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks, and many other companions who bring the place to life every day. With over 150 animals of different species, the visit is a truly wonderful experience for young and old alike. Here, we take our time: to observe, to caress, to ask questions, to understand agricultural work and life in rhythm with the seasons.
