La Grande Maison's table d'hôtes – Homemade, healthy and friendly cuisine in the heart of the Tarn
Welcome to La Grande Maison Mazamet!
From August 22nd, (except for reservations already made on this date), new opening days for our table.
Our table d'hôte welcomes you from Monday to Friday in a warm atmosphere of indulgence and sharing.
🕖 Dinner is served from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. , by reservation only. Here, there is no fixed menu: the menu evolves every week , to the rhythm of the seasons, the harvests from the vegetable garden and the inspiration of Sandrine, your host and chef who holds a CAP Cuisine diploma.
Our table d'hôte offers homemade menus , inspired by seasonal French cuisine, with a touch of creativity and a deep respect for local products. Each dish is designed to be gourmet, balanced and digestible , in line with our values:eat well, live well, and do good without deprivation.
🌿 We favor raw, quality foods, often organic or from small local producers .
🥕 Our dishes adapt to the seasons and to the harvest from our permaculture vegetable garden and our aquaponic greenhouse.
🧘♀️ And above all, we want to offer healthy food, without excess , which respects everyone's needs, even in cases of digestive sensitivity, intolerance or dietary rebalancing.
🌱 Vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly options are available upon request.
We offer two dinner options and one takeaway option:
- Starter + Main Course + Dessert : €28 incl. VAT, with free coffee or herbal tea
- Main course + Dessert or Starter + Dessert : €21 incl. VAT, with free coffee or herbal tea

💧 Still or sparkling water available.
- Meal basket (Main course + dessert + water):€15 incl. VAT (card available at home)

Thursday, August 28
Starter : Iced melon and fresh mint velouté
Main course : Pork loin confit with herbs, pan-fried green beans and cherry tomatoes
Dessert : Plum Crumble
Friday, August 29
Starter : Watermelon, feta and arugula salad
Dish : Roasted cod, mashed potatoes in olive oil, vierge sauce
Dessert : Strawberry and basil sorbet
Saturday, August 30
Closed table
