La Grande Maison's table d'hôtes – Homemade, healthy and friendly cuisine in the heart of the Tarn

Welcome to La Grande Maison Mazamet!

Our table d'hôte welcomes you from Monday to Saturday in a warm atmosphere of indulgence and sharing.

🕖 Dinner is served from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. , by reservation only. Here, there is no fixed menu: the menu evolves every week , to the rhythm of the seasons, the harvests from the vegetable garden and the inspiration of Sandrine, your host and chef who holds a CAP Cuisine diploma.

Our table d'hôte offers homemade menus , inspired by seasonal French cuisine, with a touch of creativity and a deep respect for local products. Each dish is designed to be gourmet, balanced and digestible , in line with our values: eat well, live well, and do good without deprivation .

🌿 We favorraw, quality foods, often organic or from small local producers.
🥕 Our dishes adapt to the seasons and to the harvest from our permaculture vegetable garden and our aquaponic greenhouse.
🧘‍♀️ And above all, we want to offer healthy food, without excess , which respects everyone's needs, even in cases of digestive sensitivity, intolerance or dietary rebalancing.
🌱 Vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly options are available upon request.

We offer two dinner options and one takeaway option:

  • Starter + Main Course + Dessert : €28 incl. VAT, with free coffee or herbal tea
  • Main course + Dessert or Starter + Dessert : €21 incl. VAT, with free coffee or herbal tea

Starter : Roasted beetroot, walnut and parsley salad

Dish : Roasted cod, cauliflower puree, vierge sauce

Dessert : Plum Crumble


Friday, September 12

Starter : Poached egg, leek vinaigrette

Dish : Duck confit, green lentils from the Tarn

Dessert : Thin fig and honey tart


Saturday, September 13

Starter : Summer vegetable terrine with basil

Dish : Grilled duck breast, full-bodied jus and mashed potato

Dessert : Chocolate and hazelnut fondant

Starter : Grilled eggplant, lemon oil, cream cheese

Dish : Castraise chicken, fragrant rice

Dessert : Pear and almond tart


Tuesday, September 16

Starter : Beetroot carpaccio, parmesan shavings

Main course : Sautéed veal with mushrooms, creamy polenta

Dessert : Plum Crumble


Wednesday, September 17

Starter : Butternut squash velouté, light parsley cream

Dish : Confit pork chop, steamed potatoes

Dessert : Fig panna cotta


Thursday, September 18

Starter : Crispy warm goat cheese, walnut salad

Dish : Roasted cod, pan-fried tender leeks

Dessert : Dark chocolate fondant


Friday, September 19

Starter : Grilled pepper, garlic and coriander salad

Dish : Duck confit, zucchini gratin

Dessert : Apple crumble


Saturday, September 20

Starter : Mushroom tartare

Dish : Filet mignon with autumn fruits (chestnut, apple)

Dessert : Pavlova kiwi lime
